Your face is glowing in half-light,
Your eyes are no doubt glazed.
I smile, sigh and tilt my head.
My dear, how we do blaze.
I hear the softly in-drawn breath,
I see the arm draped by my chest,
Blink,
stretch,
mutter,
laugh,
and resume.
The world is quiet here.
No sound will penetrate,
and everything is great
and we don't fear.
